Aikido is a Martial Art that requires minimal force because it uses an attacker's
own size and strength against him. It is a highly effective form of self defense
for men, women and children of all ages. Aikido training provides an excellent
workout that promotes a healthy flexible body, mental clarity, concentration and
an energetic intuitive awareness. Students learn at their own pace in classes that
are active and stimulating.
Aikido's philosophy of non-resistance and redirection of aggression can be applied
to stress and conflicts encountered in daily life.
